"Getting through the holidays: a grief plan for the season"
A free hour from THROUGH, a grief group program by Happy Grieving and The Global Resilience Project
The holidays have a way of making the empty chair louder. The decorations go up, people ask what you are doing for Christmas, and the person who should be at the table is not.
On Wednesday 11 November, Rachel and Blair are running a free hour for exactly that. It is a real taste of how the workshops in THROUGH, our six-month grief group, run: some teaching, one thing to actually do, and nobody asked to share before they want to.
- Wednesday 11 November9:00am PT, 12:00pm ET
- One hourOnline, camera optional
- FreeNo payment, nothing to buy
- AnywhereWherever you are
When it is where you are
That is 5:00pm in the UK and 6:00pm in central Europe. In Hong Kong it is 1:00am on Thursday 12 November, and in Sydney 4:00am. If the time does not work, you can still register. We cannot promise a recording. If one is shared, everyone who registered hears first.
What to expect
You do not need to speak, switch your camera on, or share anything. You can listen and take part privately. We will send everyone who registers the link the day before.
It is hosted by Rachel, who founded Happy Grieving, and Blair Kaplan, a grief and resilience expert and bestselling author who founded The Global Resilience Project. Together they lead THROUGH.
Save your place
Not sure yet? That is allowed. The library is open any time, and you can come to the workshop with no plan to join anything afterwards.
If the hour feels right
THROUGH is the longer version: six months in a small circle with Rachel and Blair, with a call on the first and third Wednesday of every month. You do not have to decide anything today.
